Dahibara aloodum is a mouth watering dish from Odisha. Odisha has the copyright of Dahibara so to my dear other state people  if you will fight for it, then you are a "Chodipua". Okay, Now we'll start

Introduction

Before starting this Blog, we wanna salute the inventor of Dahibara Aloodum. If you ever get a chance to visit Odisha then come and Taste Cuttack & Bhubaneswar Dahibara aloodum. It's called Dahibara Aloodum but there are many side kicks are there which put a great impact on taste of Dahibara Aloodum i.e Ghughuni. Ghughuni is the compulsory accompaniment with Bara. So as Bara is also here in it we have to put Ghughuni also. It has also a good impact on Body. Dahi pani helps keeping body Hydrate.

Controversy On Dahibara
The first controversy we gonna talk about is between Sauce Dahibara & Original Dahibara. As in our country many food scientist are there, so once they think to develope the taste of Dahibara Aloodum by the addition of KETCHUP in it.
And the result is "MAHABHARAT". It has created 2 groups of people also one for sauce & another one it against sauce.

And the Second controvery is before some days one of the Restaurant who's selling Dahibara on Online delivery application. They named Dahibara Aloodum as a south indian cuisine dish. Then the whole social media we also roar on social media. Then Odia people before boycotting online food delivery app they had changed the cuisine from South Indian to Odia Cuisine.
